Contacts

The contacts section is much more than just an address book.

Contacts is where you can access your clients and contacts.
Here's where you also access your client's information, medical, goals, bookings, notes, and sales.

If you are just starting with Appilates, we recommend going to Get started first to help you with getting your studio up and running. There you will find information on how to Import clients in bulk.
After you have your studio up and running, this section covers the day to day running of your studio and it's clients and customers.

There are two parts to the contacts section.

1. The main contact window where you can;

• View the full client list
• search contacts
• add a contact
• edit a contact
• delete a contact
• merge a contact
• archive a contact

2. The individual client where you can access;

• the active client window
• change client status
• add or remove tags
• Re-invite a client a client
• emergency contact
• medical information
• goals and tracking
• individual bookings or check their attendance
• notes
• client's sales
• payments including purchases
• Products and passes to clients

• Directly access Contact & client settings directly.
