Basic Studio Setup Guide

You might see some details already filled in from your subscription—just double-check to make sure no private emails or phone numbers are visible.

For first-time owners: Follow these quick steps to complete your public profile on your website and app:

1. Open the App and go to Studio Configuration in the settings.

• Update your studio’s name, address, phone number, and social media links.
• Set your GPS location by using your phone’s location or copying a Google Maps coordinate.

Studio Artwork

• Upload your logo.
• Choose your font colors for branding.
• Doing this early helps you see your branding across the app, website, and invoices.

Staff Members

• If you have team members, set up their accounts first.
• Use the Staff Management tool to add or manage staff.

Studio Portfolio

• Write a short description about your studio and staff.
• Upload images to showcase your studio.
• It’s best to finish this step just before going live.
