Notes Management

Appilates allows you to create as many note entries as you need. Each note consists of a Title (subject) and a Text body, giving you flexibility to organize information clearly.

Pinned vs. Un‑pinned Notes

  • Pinned Notes: Always visible in the client’s portfolio for quick reference.
  • Un‑pinned Notes: Accessible only when opening the detailed Notes section of a client.

Automatic Notes

Appilates automatically creates un‑pinned notes to summarize any changes made to a client’s medical information or health and fitness goals.
This ensures that important updates are always documented, even if staff members forget to add a manual note.

Search Notes

A built‑in search option lets you find any text across both pinned and un‑pinned notes, searching titles and bodies alike.

AI Assistance

Our in‑built AI assistant PIA is eager to help with note‑taking — whether drafting, refining, or organizing your entries.
