The emergency contact is the person to contact in case your client has an accident or medical emergency while at your studio.

For safety reasons, we recommend adding the emergency contact during client onboarding.

To access the emergency contact after you have entered the client's details;
go into the Individual client window.
Click on the active client dropdown arrow. The Emergency contact details are available here.

To enter or edit the emergency contact details, go into the same place, and click the plus button to enter the detials, or click on their details to edit them.
