Can I create an exercise plan for a class scheduled in Appilates?

How does the Appilates Support work, how do I contact Support?

The Appilates App as an inbuilt support assistant, you can ask our AI Agent PIA or find the Appilates Support menu in the Dashboard (start screen) of the App. Find out more in the user manual about the inbuilt support assistant. You can also just write us to support@appilates.app.

I'm currently trial Appilates and like to reset some data, such as Clients or Schedules. What can I do?

Once your studio goes online, Bookings and any test purchase transaction you did during trial will be reset automatically. If you want to reset data or start fresh again, just lodge a support ticket.

How does the Appilates trial period work?

Your 30‑day free trial begins in Sandbox mode, where your studio remains private. You can extend the trial indefinitely as long as you stay in Sandbox. Going online is possible at any time, and you’ll still enjoy the remaining trial days without charge. If you go online and the initial 30 days have already passed, your first subscription payment will start immediately. Read more in the user manual about the Appilates trial.
