The Appilates trial phase

It's important to understand what you can and can't do during the trial period, so you can set yourself, your staff, your studio, and your clients up for success.

This way you can utilise the free trial for as long as you want, to set up your studio and practice with the software before you end your trial period an go live online

As Pilates instructors, and folks that care, we've tried to give you the best possible opportunity to try out Appilates before you start a paying subscription, and go online. We know changing software is one of the biggest challenges as to why you don't, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you.

So..

- during the trial period you can cancel anytime at no cost

- before your trial period ends, you can extend your trial period, an indefinite number of times.

This way, you have all the time you need to get yourself set up, upload your client details, explore our AI, and make sure everything is set up correctly (please double-check manually). If you have any questions, ask PIA, check it out in this manual, or if you're really stuck, contact us through our website (contact us is at the bottom of every page), or Appilates Support so we can help you get sorted.

  • Step 1: Set up your studio during the trial period

  • Step 2: Double-check everything is set up correctly

  • Step 3: Go online (during this process, by default, all clients loaded into your studio are invited to download Appilates, and to sign up to your studio)

Trial limitations

During the trial period

  • Your free Appilates website stays hidden until you're ready to go online
  • You can test invoice and cash sales in during your Trial period but any real-world online payments are not available yet. Any invoice and cash transactions you have created during trial are wiped when you go online (so you can play and practice with no concerns).
  • You can add or import clients and pass credits, but you can't invite clients to join your studio until you are online (once they are joined, they can access their information, make, change their bookings, etc., to save you time).
  • Your studio won't appear in public search engines like google, until after you go live - so no-one can see your studio or your website until you are ready to show them

This way, you get to play, tailor, setup and understand Appilates before you go live, and then you can hit the ground running.
