Appilates Sales Section

The sales section in the main menu is the main hub for where all the payments are processed and viewed.

In Appilates, it's important to understand what a class-pass is, as it's the foundational building block for the whole pricing system and classes. We recommend understanding what a classs-pass is before setting up your payments.

In the sales section you can access;

• payments made to you
• passes and products you sell
• memberships you sell

Tapping the dropdown arrow beside PIA in the main menu (top right) lets you access;

• sales statistics
• transaction list
• invoices

Managing Payments

Appilates offers several tools to help you track payment statuses and monitor revenue.
The Booking Activities view allows you to access any outstanding balances, such as;

• unpaid invoices,
• open cash credits,
• failed online transactions (including negative class-pass credits).
  Note: If a client with a negative balance attends a class, this will also be shown in the Today View.
