Configure Studio Artwork

In this section you can configure your logo and a color set to use alongside with your studio brand.

Use Studio Artwork to upload the studio icon, set a subtitle/tag line, and choose the studio’s text, background, and accent colors. These assets are used across the app (landing page, reports, invoices, and anywhere a logo or brand color is required).

Icon requirements

• File format: PNG only
• Size: 240 × 240 pixels (exact)
• Transparency: Supported and recommended for flexible placement
• Usage: App header, compact listings, invoice headers, reports, and other logo placements
• Tip: Provide a square artboard with safe padding so edges aren’t clipped when scaled.

Subtitle / Tag line

• Field: Short subtitle displayed alongside the studio name.
• Length: Keep to one short sentence or phrase (recommended 4–12 words).
• Usage: Appears under the studio name on the landing page and in compact views where space allows.

Color settings

• Text color: Primary color used for headings and readable text in branded areas.
• Background color: Used for header bands, profile backgrounds, or sections where the studio brand is applied.
• Accent color: Used for buttons, links, highlights, badges, and other UI accents.

Recommended format: HEX (e.g., #1A73E8). Provide accessible contrast between text and background.

Where these settings apply

• Landing page (hero/header, CTA buttons, and section accents)
• Public and internal reports (headers, table accents, and footers)
• Invoices and PDF exports (logo area, accent lines, headings)
• Anywhere the app needs a compact logo or brand color (mobile listings, receipts, email headers)

Quick best practices

• Use a transparent PNG so the icon sits well on light and dark backgrounds.
• Choose a high-contrast text color for legibility over your background.
• Keep accent color distinct from background and text to make CTAs visible.
• Preview changes in the app Preview after saving to verify appearance across contexts.
