Active client

An active client is one that is currently coming to classes at your studio.

Back arrows

The back arrows are two arrow symbols at the top left of some windows in Appilates

Banner

The banner is the colourful line surrounding the title of a section. Clicking the colour next to the word or the dropdown arrow can expand this section to show more details.

Class-pass

This is a single-use ticket granting access to one class.

Client

A person who is coming to the studio to do Pilates

Contact

A person or company that you have or are putting in your contacts address book

Contacts

Like an address book for the people associated with your studio

Contextual

Contextual features or options in the app are those that only appear when they are needed for your current task or location within the program.

Down dots menu

The down dots menu is the three vertical dots, at the top right of the Appilates window next to the PIA logo.

Dropdown arrow

The dropdown arrow is a downward-facing arrow that expands or collapses the section below its heading.

Inactive client

A client that is currently not coming to the studio

Pass

A pass in Appilates is called a class-pass, also known as a single-entry ticket, it allows a person to attend one session.

How to use a QR code

Memberships

Memberships are recurring payments that regularly charge a payment and allocate passes. Eg annual membership - 1 class per week.

Recurring class

A recurring class is a class that repeats on a regular schedule.

Recurring reservation

A recurring reservation is a booking that automatically repeats at regular intervals, so you don't have to make the same reservation multiple times.

Selection circle

A circular control used to turn an option on or off. When the circle is orange or black, the option is selected. When the circle is clear, the option is not selected.

Text box

This is a small framed box where you can freely enter text by tapping on it and typing.
