These are searchable functional goals that link to exercise and contraindications. Each functional goal can be tracked, and there is also a text box to add additional text. To add a functional goal, click the functional goals button, search or scroll down, and select a goal. You, or if your settings allow (on by default), your client can enter their values (pain or otherwise) to track the goal.

If you change any information on the medical page, the ability to re-evaluate appears, top right of the page.
