Appilates User Manual for Studios

Chat lets you contact your clients via in-app messaging.

You can write your own message, or use PIA to help you write it.

You can access the chat window through the following methods.

  • The main menu on the left
  • If you receive a notification in the notifications widget on the dashboard, tap the notifications widget to access the most recent chats
  • Open an active client window and tap "chat with client". Here you will see that client's chat history.

Tapping the triangle-shaped dart symbol will send the message.

Your clients will be able to message you or your staff through their dashboard. In your studio details, any staff members will have "send a message" and the chat icon next to them. Tapping this opens the chat window for your clients to chat with you.
