Ten steps to get you started.

Step 1: Create your Passes.

These are the building blocks of your pricing. Each time a client attends a class, a pass is deducted.

Examples: Reformer Pass Private Pass Studio Pass.

Step 2: Create your Packs Combine passes into special offers and discounted packages.

Examples: 10 Reformer Pack Intro Pack.

Step 3: Create your Memberships Provide passes automatically through recurring subscriptions. Examples: Weekly Membership Unlimited Membership.

Step 4: Create your classes.

Step 5: Setup your studio

Step 6: Enter your client's details (through CSV if you can)

Step 7: Decide your changeover date - prep your clients

Step 8: Changeover week = each day for each client that won't be back at the studio until next week, Modify any client balances so they correlate with your tally so all is setup correctly on the day you changeover (preferably Sunday), and put them into any recurring reservations for the next week onwards. Don't do this until it's the last time that client will visit for that week.

Step 9: Changeover day = finalise all client's passes and bookings for the changeover (use "modify passes")

Step 10: Changeover day = Invite your clients (they will be able to see their current correct amount of passes, and that they are already booked into the upcoming classes)
