The today view shows the next upcoming class.

Tap the "previous class" button at the bottom of this window to go back a class (this button changes to "previous day" if there are no more classes on the current day). Tap the "next class" button at the bottom of this window to go forward a class (this button changes to "next day" if there are no more classes on the current day).

Each class in the today view gives you access to multiple features.

• The display medical button displays medical details for all booked clients.
• The mark no show button allows you to mark client attendance.
• Tap the name of a contact to access their individual client window.
• If a client is in debt, tap the number of passes beside the client name to see their debt balance, sell them a pass, or mark it as a cash payment.
• Tap the name of the class to access the in class menu.

Near the bottom of the today page, the total number of classes and participants for that day is shown.

Today View

The Today interface provides a streamlined overview of your studio’s daily schedule, participants, and their relevant details. This guide explains how to navigate and use its features effectively.

Viewing the Current or Upcoming Class

When the interface is opened, it automatically displays:

• The class currently in progress
• Or the next upcoming class
• Or the most recent past class (if no current or upcoming class is available)

Users can navigate forward or backward through the schedule using the Previous day and Next day buttons.

Displaying Participant Medical Summaries

To view medical information:

• Tap the Display medicals button.
• A summary of each participant’s medical details will appear.
• Tap any participant’s summary to open their full medical record.

Marking a No-Show

If a participant does not attend:

• Tap the Mark no-show button next to their name.
• Confirm the action to update their attendance status.

Viewing Class Passes and Credit Status

Each participant’s class pass status is shown alongside their name. This includes:

• Remaining class credits
• Alerts for negative balances or missing passes

This helps staff identify participants who may need to purchase additional passes or resolve credit issues.

Financial Alerts

If a participant has unpaid invoices or a negative balance on their cash tab:

• A financial alert will appear in the same area.
• This ensures staff are aware of any outstanding payments.

Interactive Elements

All visual components in the Classes Today view are interactive:

• Tapping a participant opens their full profile.
• Tapping a financial alert opens the related invoice.
• Tapping a class opens its full details.

This design allows staff to quickly access deeper information without leaving the main view.
