This text box lets you quickly summarize the client's goals. It doesn't update automatically, but you can update it manually, or use PIA to update it. If enabled in settings, the client can see this information.

As soon as you enter or update information in the medical information section, an option appears in the top-right corner of the app to re-evaluate the client. Also by default, Appilates will write a dated note about the changes.
