Welcome to Darwin Health Care — Mat Pilates (small group, up to 10)

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. Bring your own mat and water bottle, and keep personal items to a minimum so we can set up quickly and safely.

What to expect

  • A warm, friendly small-group class with plenty of instructor attention — ideal for all experience levels.
  • Focus on Pilates fundamentals: breathing, core activation, postural alignment, balance and controlled movement.
  • Classes use mat-based exercises and simple props only — no bulky equipment required.
  • Clear demonstrations, verbal cueing and tailored modifications so every participant can work at their own level.
  • Hands-on adjustments offered when requested (always with consent) to refine technique and improve body awareness.

Before you arrive

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to roll out your mat and get settled.
  • Notify the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class begins so I can adapt exercises safely.
  • Keep communication open — if a movement feels uncomfortable, we will offer alternatives.

  • Class capacity: up to 10 participants — book early to secure your spot.
  • Drop-in Single — AUD 18.00
  • 10-Class Pack — AUD 150.00 (best value — save AUD 30 compared with 10 drop-ins)

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
